This section consists of problems in which a particular question is given followed by certain statements containing facts providing clues to answer the question. The candidate is required to find out which of the given statements is / are sufficient to answer the given question. If the answer can be derived from statement I alone, we write (a); if the answer can be derived from statement II alone, we write (b); if the answer can be derived from either of the statements I and II, we write (c); if the answer cannot be derived even from both the statements taken together, we write (d); and if the answer can be derived from both the statements taken together, we write (e).
